Gumnut Threads

Gumnut threads are completely hand-dyed in Australia in small lots using only natural silk, Australian mohair and Australian wool. Although the same formulas are repeated, each lot is unique. Some variation may therefore occur, adding greater creativity to your finished embroidery. This is more likely to occur in the variegated threads.

Gumnut advise that they rarely have problems with their colours running, but Gumnut cannot guarantee complete colourfastness and suggest you take care when using deeper shades in particular.

Note that the colour photos of the thread shades are scanned images displayed on a computer monitor, so can only be approximate.
