The current Anchor Cotton Colour Chart has 17 columns of colours and one table which cross-references the colour number to the display column. It has the colours for all the Anchor cotton threads including stranded cotton, perle cotton and other Anchor cottons. To find a colour, look at the cross-reference table below for the number, then look up and down the column it references for the colour.

It's a scanned copy displayed on a computer monitor, but it should give you an idea of the colours for each number.
