Gift Certificates from The Embroidery Den

For an Embroidery Den Gift Certificate which can be given to anyone, order from the list BELOW.

We will send you a gift certificate with a code number on it and the name of the recipient vacant. That code number will be unique to your gift and is valid for 12 months then it expires.

Enter the lucky person's name on the certificate and give it to them. If you want us to send it direct to them, send us an email on the same day as you purchase the gift certificate with your name and contact details and the recipient's name and address and any special instructions you might have, and we'll take it from there. We'll send a courtesy copy to you as well.

To use the gift, they can mail/phone/fax/email us with the gift certificate number and they can then buy to their heart's content, or at a minimum to the value of the gift certificate. We will credit the value of the gift certificate against any purchases they make until its value is all used up. They don't have to use it all at one time but can spread the purchases over a number of usages.

If they use the site to purchase, please ask them to send us an email first with name and address information and the certificate number, then when the purchase information arrives, we will credit the value of the gift certificate against any purchases made by them. They will still have to use their credit card in the store purchase process; we'll just not bill the card until the value of the gift certificate is used up.

Note that Gift Certificates are not redeemable in cash either in whole or in part, and they are only able to be used with The Embroidery Den.

The Gift Certificate number is not tied to you or to your recipient. Anyone who knows it can use it because we don't know your situation. So be careful with it. If you really want it to be useable only between your recipient and us, send us an email and we'll make special arrangements.

Note: If your order is just for a Gift Certificate, we will adjust the standard freight charge downwards.
